GENERAL POLICIES
All merchandise listed on girlsgonegolfing.com refers to U.S. sizing and scales. Contact us at 1-724-863-9348 prior to placing any orders and we will happily advise you of the anticipated delivery dates for your selected merchandise if you require the order within a specific time frame. SHIPPING INFORMATION WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY: Orders will be shipped within 5 business days after you place your order. IN STOCK: Merchandise normally ships within 2 business days after your online order is placed. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Girls Gone Golfing will attempt to ship all international orders the most cost efficient way using the U.S. Postal Service for orders under $200 and United Parcel Service for all orders above $200 due to shipment insurance purposes. Since the shipping cost is unable to be determined until the items have shipped, the cost of international shipping will be added to your total order. Import Cost, Taxes, Duties etc. are the responsibility of the customer. SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES:

TAXES We collect state sales tax at 6% on applicable items when the shipping address is in Pennsylvania: Sales tax will not be charged on orders purchased outside of Pennsylvania. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICIES Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping by telephone only at 724-863-9348. Please provide the order number provided with your order confirmation. Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing refunds. WARRANTIES Girls Gone Golfing is committed to provide its customers with products of highest quality and value. All merchandise should be inspected carefully upon receipt. We offer a 30 day in-house warranty against manufacturer defects. Please contact us by phone and we will make every effort to resolve any problem. RETURN POLICES Any item can be returned or exchanged within 20 days from the date you receive your purchase. Merchandise must be in pristine condition with tags and no make-up stains or other signs of washing or wear and with all product & price tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse damaged, worn items. All returns must be sent back to Girls Gone Golfing’s main business address: Girls Gone Golfing 1814 George Circle North Huntingdon, PA 15642 Please indicate the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or full refund. If a refund is requested, it will be applied back to the original form of payment for the value of merchandise only, without shipping cost.
